«The property owner didn’t sent the details of how to get into the location as mentioned which should’ve been 24 hours ahead of time. Once we checked in the location was ok besides tons of spider webs on the outside. The location had a smell in there once arriving air fresheners could have helped. The shower door in the master bath continued to be off track which caused me and my friend to be stuck in the shower. There were no bath rugs weren’t there. The towels had dark spots and wholes in them. ...

«It was convenient that there were two fast food places nearby. Also close to a decent breakfast cafe, Walmart, Ross,etc. All in all it was comfortable, clean and family friendly. The only thing odd was the placement of the toilet in the bathroom, but it didn’t have an effect on our stay or comfort. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the home as well.»

«Zen was super responsive, making check in a breeze. The hot tub heats up very quickly and there was so much space for everyone to hangout together, or decompress on their own if they wanted. Location is great- only about 20 minutes to Napa. Would recommend and would stay again if in the area! »

«I very much appreciated Andy who is managing this property. The house was very clean, the bed comfortable. Heat is from a unit in living room that effectively heats the whole apartment. Means that the living room is usually warmer than rest of house, but that did not bother us and we were comfortable. The location is excellent and we felt very safe.
