Our cozy flat is located 80mt away from the sea, a few steps away from Piazzale Zenith and Via delle Costellazioni. The completely renovated three-room apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building with elevator and consists of a bright living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen equipped with a large fridge, a windowed bathroom with a shower box, a double bedroom, a second bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, two balconies and one covered parking space per booking. It is ideal for 7 guests, perfect for a family or a group of friends. The apartment has A/C.
