"Stayed for 2 nights. Been here before when they were Hotel Vertigo. I believe it has been declining. Room and bathroom is fine, and bed is comfortable. Cleanliness could be better. Everything else seems outdated. Elevator was out during my stay. Should have offered some compensation. The worst thing is the sound from hallway. You hear all the noises and chats... Overall an average experience. I don't think I am going back."

"Te weinig plaatsen bij het ontbijt en weinig keuze. Ingezakte matrassen. AC kan je niet zelf regelen. Veel te warm en geen goede verluchting in de kamer. Handdoeken worden niet vervangen tenzij op verzoek. Onze kamer had zicht op Golden Gate, maar de ramen waren zo vuil dat het zicht heel beperkt was. Ook veel lawaai van de straat. Positief is dat het personeel, vooral receptie super vriendelijk en behulpzaam zijn. "
