There’s also a small powder room with a sink and vanity. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is modern, large and offers an eat-in counter along with a full dining room with seating for four.



The Space:

Like the tranquil neighborhood itself, once inside the 2 bedroom home, you'll feel a sense of calm. The bedrooms and living area are spacious and the kitchen and bedroom are light filled in the daytime. The home features two large bedrooms, one with a king bed the other a full-sized bed and a small desk for working on your laptop. Just off the dining area is a hidden getaway with a small bistro seating two people. It’s the perfect hideaway for a sunny cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine under the stars at night.



Guest Access:

The 2br/1ba top level will be all yours. The laundry machines in the garage are shared with the host who stays in the lower part of the house. The owner uses the garage parking space. Please do not park in the garage, driveway or block the driveway.



The Neighborhood:

This sunny home is just a block away from the fantastic Sutro Heights park, an elegant and formal public garden that covers 18 acres in the area now known as Lands End. Inspired by the rugged beauty and incredible scenery, Sutro intentionally designed the grounds to capture the views of the Pacific Ocean, the Golden Gate, and the Marin Headlands. Being on the far West end of the city, this area is tranquil and completely immune to the hustle and bustle of downtown.



Getting Around:

The 38 Geary bus will drop you off 2 blocks from Anza Street. You can catch the bus from Market and Third or First Streets, near the Montgomery BART station. The 38-Geary also runs past Union Square (on Geary Blvd).



Other Things to Note:

Your host is retired and lives in the lower part of the house.

The owner uses the garage parking space. Please do not park in the garage, driveway or block the driveway.
