☆ PARKING: The gate opens to allow for three cars to fit in the driveway. Street parking is also available.

☆ ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

-There is a ramp in the driveway for wheelchair accessibility. However, two steps are inside the house, down to a sunken living room.

- The jacuzzi is turned on to 103 degrees before your check in. It takes approx. 4 hours to increase the temp, so give it time to get hot.

-Service people can access the outside of the property and jacuzzi to perform their weekly maintenance duties.

- Up to 2 Dogs are allowed for an $100 fee. Please clean up any hair and poop, or an additional cleaning fee may be charged.

- Extra guests: We can accommodate more than 12 guests for $50 each additional guest. We have air mattresses or you're welcome to bring your own. Maximum 15 guests.

Located 10 minutes to downtown, just east of South Park and 14 minutes to the beaches. Close to everything San Diego has to offer!

Webster is a safe inner city neighborhood, located a few exits east of South Park. Easy access to downtown via 94. Please note that this is a culturally diverse residential neighborhood.
