Experience the finest in California living with the brand new custom heated pool and wrap around deck (does not have jets). Our pool is perfect for kids to splash around and swim while parents unwind on the outdoor patio. And for adults looking to have their own fun, it can fit 6-7 adults comfortably, perfect for poolside drinks and refreshing dips or relaxing after a day of adventures. Our cowboy pool is 22 inches deep and 10 ft. in diameter - it has a cover. During the summer months, our pool is set to the mid-80s. This is to ensure the water remains refreshing during the warm weather and to maintain the safety of all guests and children.
Please Note: While we do offer a heated pool, there may be times when it does not reach its full heating potential due to weather conditions or other factors beyond our control. We always strive to keep everything running optimally for your stay, but refunds will not be provided if the heater is not working as expected. Thank you for your understanding!

Pet Policy:
- Approval Required: All pets must be approved by the host. Add them to your reservation and include their weight and breed in a message.
- Allowed: 1 hypoallergenic or low-shedding dog up to 30 pounds per reservation.
- Fee: $150; guests staying over two weeks must schedule a mid-stay cleaning.
- Unapproved Pets: $500 fee or more for unapproved pets. Additional fees may apply for damages caused by pets.
- Pets must have their own bed, cannot be on furniture or beds, and must be walked for bathroom needs. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets.
*Please note, the home is located directly under the San Diego flight path. You will hear the planes flying overhead. We lived in this home for 5 years and it has never bothered us and our small children. We provide disposable ear plugs and white noise machines in every room for our guests for added comfort.
Our home sleeps 10-11 adults comfortably and two-three additional children. We have a crib and two pack n plays located in the primary bedroom closet.

We have an exterior 120kv outlet directly adjacent to the driveway that can be used for complimentary charging of electric vehicles. Guests are able to bring their own charger to charge their vehicle.
We’re happy to provide champagne, wine, and/or chocolates upon request for an additional fee. Please feel free to inquire if you’d like to add any of these to your stay. 🍾

Cancellation Policy:
Our nightly rate includes a 3% credit card processing fee, which is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. This applies to all booking platforms and direct bookings, except for those made through Airbnb.
