The hotel was beautiful and the gym was amazing. The pros: room was spotless and beautiful and the AC was so easy to use. many amenities and the gym was set up really well.
Cons: The gym has loud techno music, which it would be nice to be able to change the station or the TV
The room has no phone and no phone number to call downstairs, you have to look it up on your phone.
No clocks in the rooms, a little different.
The bathroom counter was small for those of us who travel and have cosmetic bags.
The biggest set back was the women who check us in wearing a brown velvet dress with doc martins was very stand off ish. She helped me check in, but did not offer any advice or information. Then she did not give me my ID back. I then took my wallet out to the car to take it around to valet. I went back in and she would not give me the room inforamtion without showing my ID again. (SHE HAD MY ID, SHE NEVER GAVE IT BACK TO ME!!!) the other male staff member said it was ok. I did not know that she did not give me my ID back until we were going out, in which I was changing purses and could not find my ID. The rooms have electric plugs, but HDMI phone connections would be so helpful since they depend on it. We ended up going out almost and hour late as I was looking everywhere for my ID.
Did they call me to say they had my ID? NO, Did someone come to the room and give me my ID?NO. This was rude. Totally started out night off wrong. This is my honest review. Thank you
