The Pacific Ocean is the main attraction for this cozy condo. This beautiful unit has tons of light with stunning ocean views from two separate balconies, the living room, dining room and two bedrooms. Relax and take in the sea breezes, sounds of the waves and spectacular sunsets.



This amazing condo is a top floor corner unit in the coveted Seashore Condominium Complex, which sits just north of Crystal Pier and right across from the Pacific Ocean. Step out the door of the building and you are walking on the boardwalk and seconds later your feet will be in the sand.



The living room is bright and airy with comfortable seating, a large screen TV with Roku, and free WiFi. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and the guest room has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have newly refinished ensuite tub/shower combos. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need during your beach getaway.



You will find a community laundry room just steps away from the front door of the unit. Downstairs on the main floor there is a community pool with an elevated BBQ area overlooking the ocean. One secure underground parking space is available to guests, please note that the garage entrance has a 6’ height limit.

About the Area:



Pacific Beach is a relaxed neighborhood by the beach, popular with sunbathers and surfers. Trendy hotel bars and casual cafes line the boardwalk, while Mission Boulevard and the surrounding streets are dotted with women’s clothing boutiques, yoga studios and casual drinking spots. Inland, the grassy slope of Kate Sessions Park has sweeping views of the city and San Diego Bay.

This is a NON-SMOKING home. This includes outside common areas.



Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. This home has a maximum occupancy of 4 people (including children)



Heating: The home is heated with space heaters



You must adhere to the Condominium Rules and Regulations during your stay at all time. Those will be provided to you upon arrival.



Please respect your surrounding neighbors. This unit sits in a condominium building so you have neighbors on either side of you and underneath you. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Evictions are strictly enforced if at any time our guests choose to disregard this rule.



No Pets Allowed at this property.
