This two bedroom European oasis is abundant with just enough space and amenities to help you relax after a jam-packed day of excitement visiting the nearby Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, La Jolla Cove, Hotel del Coronado, or maybe after enjoying an afternoon Italian Affogato while perusing the Little Italy Mercato Farmers' Market.

The Space:
This bright and airy home has a touch of modern European influence with its newly renovated style. Located just one block away from the heart of Little Italy, this two bedroom condo features whimsy contemporary personality and free culinary-focused aromas that will leave you wanting more. The contemporary layout includes soaring ceilings and a spacious kitchen/living room (loft-style layout). Imagine having friends over for a glass of wine before a night on the town…just steps away. The sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms, each fitted with a queen size bed. Don't head to bed too soon though - This location is within a walking distance to many incredible restaurants, breweries, museums, and waterfront activities! This vacation spot includes a bounty of games so when the town shuts down, you don't have to!

Sunsets are one of a kind in Little Italy, San Diego. Grab a fresh deli sandwich and a san pellegrino sparkling soda from Mona Lisa's, and enjoy a picture perfect view from Waterfront Park. Take one of our beach chairs or a blanket for a more relaxing view. If you're looking for entertainment, book rooftop outdoor cinema ticket's with the Rooftop Cinema Club and watch a popular movie with the beautiful sunset in the background. This is a view you won't want to miss!

When it's time for dinner enjoy the newly renovated and state of the art kitchen appliances that the Little Italy Bungalow has to offer. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could imagine, including an induction cooktop for your protection and the little hands of those that may be traveling with you.

Whether you are visiting to relax on one of San Diego's infamous beaches, to root for your favorite baseball team, or to simply escape to a home away from home, this location has it all! The Little Italy Bungalow is a perfect launching point for your next adventure around sunny Southern California.

We love our pets and we know that many others do too. As you will soon learn, San Diego is one of the most dog friendly cities in the world and we want you to feel like you are right at home! If you would like to bring your pet along, there is a required pet fee attached to each booking. Please let us know if we can provide doggie bags, dog bed, dog crate or other comforts to make your pet enjoy their stay. We kindly ask that your dog stay crated if you choose to leave the home without them throughout your stay.

Guest access:
Private entrance to the "Little Italy Bungalow" is available from the street. A four-digit code will be provided to you for front door entrance upon booking, bringing added peace and safety to your stay. A key fob will be provided to each booking to allow for gated residential parking; this includes 1 space per booking. Please make sure to close the parking gate and the exit gate behind you, always. If you have additional vehicles, free and paid parking are available on the street. Please be aware of street sweeping as the days differ between which side of the street that you have parked on.

House Rules:
1. Please be aware that San Diego's city quiet hours start at 10:00 pm and end at 7:00 am. Be respectful of the neighbors.
2. Pets are allowed at the property. An additional charge of $150 per stay (2 pets max). When you leave the property the dog must be in a crate. We are able to provide a crate if needed. Please request this prior to arrival. No cats allowed.
3. No parties are allowed at this property.
4. Please report all damages.
5. Occupancy limit is at the number per your reservation. Additional guests over four ppl are $50 per person per night.
6. Please keep gates closed and doors locked.
7. Must be 24 years or older to book.
8. Smoking is prohibited
9. The surf board above the entrance door is for art. It is not to be used or moved for any other means.
10. Trash is located in the parking area. Please recycle what is recyclable and place it accordingly in the appropriate container. Do NOT leave trash outside of the trash container or recycling container.

** If any of the above rules are broken, your deposit will not be refunded and there will be an immediate eviction.
