You can’t beat the location! It is right next to the beach which was wonderful for my family (2 adults & 4 young kids). The check in and out process was smooth and easy. We really enjoyed our stay!

We have stayed here every time we come to San Diego. We love the extra security measures! The best thing is you are right on the Ocean and the boardwalk is so fun!

Bring the family!

Great place to bring the family. The beach is a quick 2 minute walk. There is a hot shower on the bottom level for washing up after the beach. The hot tub and pool are really clean and secluded.

Highly recommend this property and you just cannot beat this location! Beautiful views all day with access to amenities that most oceanfront properties can't offer. Clean and bright with plenty of space for a family of four. Looking forward to our next visit!

The location of the property was excellent as I am 85 and was recovering from 3 surgeries in 10 months. However, it is my opinion that management needs to review what the cleaning staff is doing because the tile floor throughout the residence did not seem to be cleaned thoroughly as walking barefoot made the bottom of our feet dirty. Otherwise, the accommodations were ok for the time we were there.

Beautiful Views of Pacific Beach

The place, location and the neighborhood were great. The views of the Pacific beach were outstanding and the area is pretty walkable, even at night, so we enjoyed it a lot. The unit was also very clean and the check-in/checkout process was very smooth. It was an awesome experience living at Capri by The Sea.

Great location

You can't beat the location. It is right off the beach. Even the parking is convenient for getting your stuff to and from the beach. The view is to die for. Has laundry facilities and a great pool and jacuzzi.

Gorgeous view, excellent location

This stay was perfect for my husband, my daughter and myself. My adult son whom we we visiting even stayed one night. This location is perfect to watch the sunset and to walk to just about anything you need or crave. The place was equipped with everything we needed. We would stay again.

Pros: location, location, location! This unit gets an A for location. You can walk to all kinds of shops, restaurants and of course the beach. Having a parking spot is also a major benefit. We did have an issue with a clogged sink and the problem was taken care of after we located someone in the office. Cons: the unit hasn't left the 70s since the building was built. It's clean for the age of it, but it really needs a major face lift. IKEA furniture from the 70's gives a vibe that isn't amazing. A newer couch and chair in the living room for the win. Though the kitchen was stocked per say it's not for the "crunchy crowd" looking to skip plastics and teflon products. Sadly, we overlooked that there wasn't a true balcony that can be used for sitting. And we also overlooked that the unit doesn't have a washer/dryer. There is a shared "coin" operated laundry room on each floor. This was the second leg of our trip and we needed to use the laundry room which was being used by housekeeping, extremely expensive and took three 45 min rounds in the dryer to get things dried. Pretty sure the machines were also original to the building in the 70s.

The perfect location for a great vacation

Our family had a blast at this property. The beach is right out front, and not super crowded. Shops and restaurants are just a couple blocks away. The view is fantastic. Getting to other places in the city such as the zoo, sea world, and the USS Midway weren't bad drives either. The only minor hang-up for us was to have to move all the breakable things in lower, small child accessible places, to higher places. Then we put them back the best we could before we checked out. Again, this was rather minor, but i thought worth noting. It was all a very good experience. We would stay here again.
