Located in the heart of Pacific Beach near Crystal Pier, this condo has everything for your perfect vacation getaway. Fully upgraded and beautifully decorated two-bedroom apartment with new carpet, stainless steel appliances, Keurig Coffee, Covered Patio, new paint.
Only steps away from world famous pacific beach boardwalk, pier, pristine beaches and all of the nightlife that PB has to offer. The condo has towels, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards for beach activities.

Centrally located condo in the gated complex in the heart of beautiful pacific beach. Restuarant, bars, beach, night life is all walking distance. Assigned parking inside a covered garage (Clearance - 6’ 4”)

Condo has two bedrooms with two fully upgraded bathrooms. Cook in the fully upgraded kitchen. Watch the crowd from the private patio.

We would like to make our guests have no surprise and know exactly what to expect in this amazing Pacific Beach most happening location !!
Our home is ideally located in the heart of the beach action that we absolutely love and ofcourse not to mention, those who are young at heart love it too.
t's no surprise that ocean waves are a popular choice for soothing sleep sounds. For many people, the rhythmic crashing of water onto sand and rock can be quite calming and deeply relaxing. We love people watching the views, the restaurants, nightlife, and the beach atmosphere of Pacific Beach and the downtown feel of it has to offer. There is a bar across the street from our condo. Sometimes it is noisy (sometimes a live band) and sometimes it is quiet too. We do offer noise reduction ear buds in case if it bothers much. We understand, everyone has different sleep habits, we want you to be aware of this ahead of your reservation. Please do not book if you believe this is going to be a big concern for you.

I had a fantastic stay at this rental. I originally booked another property in the same building, but it was cancelled on me at the last minute. Luckily, I was able to quickly book here, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The location is perfect—right in the middle of everything, with shops and restaurants just steps away. Despite being so central, I was pleasantly surprised it wasn't as loud as I was expecting inside as the windows do a good job keeping out the noise with the ceiling fan for a bit of an extra buffer. The owner was extremely responsive and accommodating, even providing an early check-in, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I loved the beach-themed decor making the place feel relaxing and inviting, and everything was clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and great service.

Our priorities were to stay somewhere close to the beach, close to Sea World and an easy drive to SDSU-- and this was the perfect place! We loved being able to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream places, and a grocery store. We especially liked to take long AM and PM walks along the beach. The beach is just steps from the condo! There's a great sand shower in the garage to wash your feet off before coming into the condo. The owners/managers were easy to contact, gave great information leading up to our visit, and were very attentive. *Be mindful of the height of the garage!* We needed to take the luggage pod off of our car to have it fit into the parking spot. The listing mentions low ceilings and I had not realized quite how low! (6'4" max height). We were also grateful for the earplugs provided-- the Hideaway next door is a happening place until 2 a.m. 7 days a week! We used an app on our phone to provide additional "white noise" for the bedroom closest to that restaurant/bar. We appreciated the ceiling fans in all the rooms, cooked often in the kitchen, and saw that there were a lot of beach supplies (beach chairs, boogie boards, etc) that were available for us to use. Nice people in the building- some were visitors and some seemed to be year-round residents. Very clean condo and clean/safe common areas of the building. Thanks for letting us stay- we had a great time!

A bumpy day

Close to everything

Right across the street from Kono’s. Set an alarm and beat breakfast rush. Central location and close proximity to the beach. Grocery store, CVS, and 7/11 all within a few blocks. The place was clean and tidy when we checked in. No crazy demands for check out. Great communication and not afraid to call to solve any problems on the spot. After that a follow up text to make sure everything is still good. Off street parking is a huge plus for the area. Can’t beat the price and location.

Pacific Beach Condo

We really liked being steps from the beach and coffee/restaurants. It was also great that the hosts provided beach chairs and towels. Having some popcorn and other snacks provided was also appreciated! The downside for us (as folks in our 30s-40s) was how loud it was outside at night. The property description is not super clear about this and indicates hearing the crashing waves, and that there is a bar that sometimes has a live band. I think the reality is that off season and midweek it may be quiet, but on a weekend in the summer, the 18-25 year old crowd will be partying RIGHT outside your windows until 3am. The hosts indicated that ear plugs were provided, but we could not find them. We asked the host and they informed us that they “must have run out”. Because of how loud it was we had to keep the windows closed at night which then meant it was very hard to sleep due to the heat and humidity (since like most beach properties, there is not AC and rely on the ocean breeze to cool the units.) If you are visiting and want to go out all night, this place would be great! If you would prefer a more restful night of sleep, I would look elsewhere!

Place needs a good scrubbing and the primary bedroom has the window that opens to the hideaway bar/grill and they are blasting music until 2am so you can’t have window open all night.

Loved this home!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The location. The rooms, the kitchen, the view! It was just a beautiful home. The bunk beds allowed for my 3 teens to share a room but not share a bed. The closeness to the beach allowed for easy access back and forth to the beach. Loved that it was so close to all the restaurants and shops. I would stay here again f we came back to san diego. The owner has a great manual for any questions/ recommendations for places to go. But really I would just recommend walking outside- there is so much within blocks of this home. Such a great find! Thank you!

Great time!!

The place was just like the pictures. The beach was walking distance and it was a beautiful beach. Lots of restaurants and shops that were all walking distance. We had a great time and enjoyed our getaway. We would definitely stay here again.

Not for those who like quiet.

The owner fully disclosed how noisy it would be at night, and it was. The earplugs helped some. Great location to walk to ocean views, nearby by restaurants and stores. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous for families and perfect locale

Very clean, perfect size for our family of five. Beds were super comfy, lots of items were provided so we didn't have to go out and buy (trash bags, soap, etc) and nice supply of beach items (toys, coolers, umbrellas). The area is loud, but we expected that and enjoyed having the slider open for the breeze and live bands. Reserved parking spot was also a huge plus. Lots of close restaurants, bars, grocery stores and perfect outside location to watch the sunsets. Overall, great rental and would definitely stay there again!

Perfect location for the beach

Noisy but ear plugs are provided. Easily walk to grocery store and restaurants. You can see the ocean from balcony. Will definitely come back! I couldn’t find the AC but did not need it. Plenty of fans.

Fun Weekend Getaway

Beautiful condo inside. Older building and common areas, but nice updated spacious stay. So many yummy food and shopping options, but very high energy and loud atmosphere in the neighborhood overall. Bars, and nightlife were rowdy, but the beach and places we ate and visited were great. Just know that opening windows at night for the cool ocean air, comes with awful karaoke and traffic noise!
