«We enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is within walking distance of the town centre, restaurants etc. The hotel itself is beautiful with a splendid view of the lake. Our room was very nice and had a lake view. This was very important as the rooms are not air conditioned. Opening the windows reduced the room temperature somewhat, but at least a fan should be installed. However, we were first offered a room facing the other way. Then, the negatives: When we first arrived we were met by an utterly sour face at the reception. Having travelled extencively around the world, we can say for sure, this is just not the norm.
