«First, the positives: Nice and very clean rooms, good facilities in general, the staff that brought the luggage between the hotel buildings were service minded.
Then, the negatives: When we first arrived we were met by an utterly sour face at the reception. Having travelled extencively around the world, we can say for sure, this is just not the norm. «We enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is within walking distance of the town centre, restaurants etc. The hotel itself is beautiful with a splendid view of the lake. Our room was very nice and had a lake view. This was very important as the rooms are not air conditioned. Opening the windows reduced the room temperature somewhat, but at least a fan should be installed. However, we were first offered a room facing the other way. «Do not stay here.
Grossly overpriced. We were literally the only single guests in the entire hotel which was incredibly creepy and made us feel unsafe. The owners of the hotel live there, and they were about the property throughout our stay which was weird.
They are terrible at communication and messed up a lot of things for us, which cost us real money as well. Their concierge efforts are horrible and communication was very difficult.
This was also the middle of their high season so there ...

«Location was fantastic and the breakfast was truly amazing.
The hotel facilities were a little disappointing though. The room needs a furniture upgrade and please put a bedside table between two cots.
Bathroom though clean, needs an upgrade especially toilet facilities. »

«Rooms at the back of the hotel can hear the warning alarm go off when the underground parking gate opens. Staff were understanding and moved me to a room at the front of the hotel. I sensed that they were aware of the issue.
Rooms were comfortable but i would pay more for a quieter hotel»

«Nicht wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, man konnte in einem Bad die Tür nicht zumachen weil die mit einem nachträglich montierten Kabelkanal kollidiert, in einem anderen Bad saß man buchstäblich am Waschbecken, die Rezeption ist nicht wie angegeben 24 / 7 besetzt. Einen Föhn gibt es zwar aber nur leihweise »
