"Good service from most of the employees, nice building with good views, the gym is small but has the most necessary equipment. SF struggles with many homeless people but I don’t think this was a bigger issue here than in other parts of the city. If you are mainly doing the tourist attractions closer to the bay, I would consider staying in that area. It took a while to walk there, especially with all the hills."

"Veldig koselig boutique hotell med god beliggenhet. Hyggelig betjening og god service. Eneste lille minus er at sengene er litt smale, 140 cm. Utenom det så er det topp."

"I have stayed at this property twice in ayear, and I love this hotel very much actually, even though it’s an older hotel. Location is great and their breakfast is awesome. Bed could have been better, it may be personal but I didn’t sleep too well. I wish they upgraded their WiFi to high-speed fiber. Like the majority of US hotels, WiFi isn’t the greatest. I also wish they would make their network more secure at the same time. "

"Westin is your standard hotel - however the service was great and the staff gave good and relevant advice on where to eat and drink (all from gidden breakfast burritos to high end cocktail bars). The Clock was a great meeting point and had great bartenders. but the cafe was way over priced and not worth it. But Westin: Great value for money!!!"

"The hotel it self is nice but would not say four star hotel. Nice reception area. Friendly staff. No minibar or fridge in room frisge you need to call the reception to get. I mainly booked the hotel because they had a heated outdoor swimmingpool. The swimming pool was there but not heated. If you book a room with partly ocean view, you can almost not spot the ocean. No heating in bathroom. If you ask in reception they do have some discount vouchers for restaurants nearby. But I mean why ask and not just get it by check in?"

"Stayed for 2 nights. Great location. Clean. Friendly service. Small room but suits for me as a single traveler. Only one elevator which is also small. "

"Bra hotell med fin beliggenhet ved Fishermans Wharf. Romslige rom med grei standard. Badet var noe utdatert (med dusjforheng!) men ganske stort og hadde god plass til å sette fra seg toalettsaker. Bassengområdet var fint og det var god temperatur i bassenget. Vi spiste frokost på hotellet 2 av 4 dager. Det virker som om de hadde for lav bemanning og det var lang kø for å få bord og lite struktur for å få ryddet slik at bordene ble klar til nye gjester. Det var også tomt for frokostblanding, juice osv i perioder og de ansatte strevde med å holde tritt. Mulig at det var stort belegg på hotellet disse dagene, og at frokostrestauranten ikke hadde tilstrekkelig kapasitet. De siste to dagene spiste vi på Hollywood Cafe rett over gaten. Det var et godt alternativ. Valet parking var ganske dyrt (65+tax) men en nødvendighet pga mye bilinnbrudd i området, slik vi forsto det. Alle på hotellet var hyggelige og behjelpelige. "
