PLEASE REMOVE YOUR SHOES. - Please be mindful when eating in the living room or bedroom. Clean up any spills and don’t leave food or dirty dishes out for long periods, to help keep our property pest free. - Quiet Hours are from 10pm – 7am.
2. You must be 25 years or older to book the apartment. As a part of this booking we are required to get the photo ID of each guest in this building. Children are welcome! Children must always be under the supervision of an adult (18+).
3. NO SMOKING OR VAPING anywhere in the apartment or on complex property. NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES OR ACTIVITY on the premises. There is a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence.
4. NO PETS, unless explicitly agreed upon. Minimum $200 fine.
5. Please follow our Check-In time of 4pm and Check-Out time of 10am. Guests that do not check-out on time may be charged $50 in hourly increments, at the discretion of Grand Road. - You can apply for early check-in or late check-out; if granted, the fee is $30 dollars.
6. Damage / Loss: If you damage or lose anything, please let us know so we can repair or replace it. - LOST KEY FOB is $150. - LOST PARKING PASS IS $250. - If we need to replace linens or towels due to damage, there is a minimum fee of $30. - Damage due to bodily waste has a $100 minimum additional cleaning charge.
7. GUESTS - You are welcome to entertain up to 2 guests per apartment unless otherwise agreed. Upon request, you must supply a government ID of your guest(s) for complex security. -- If you want to invite a larger group of guests, contact Grand Road about renting a common area for entertainment and hosting a larger group. We’d love to help. -All overnight guests must be included in the booking. If you have an additional overnight guest, please contact us or make an alteration request and we’ll be happy to include them for the platform prices. -All guests that are not part of the reservation must leave the premises before midnight (12 am). Overnight guests not included in the booking are subject to additional nightly fees of $100 per guest.
8. NO PARTIES. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm. Any noise violation or disturbance involving your guest(s) will result in a fine of $500. -If you have an unapproved party (community rules or noise violation with more than 2 guests), there is a minimum fine of $1000. You also agree to pay any additional fines associated with the party, that may be levied on Grand Road by the apartment management and/or other authorities. Grand Road pursues criminal and civil action as appropriate for egregious violations.
9. Resident amenities such as the pool, gym, conference & common areas, etc., may be unavailable due to maintenance, repair, or other reasons at the sole discretion of apartment management. All guests acknowledge that Grand Road does not control the availability of the complex’s amenities and guests are not entitled to refunds or discounts based on availability of amenities.
10. Grand Road or the apartment management may enter the property in cases where it is urgently necessary to maintain/repair the property, address a safety issue, or comply with local, state, or federal law. Otherwise, Grand Road and apartment maintenance will seek & receive permission from the guest before entering.
11. DO NOT CONTACT THE APARTMENT COMPLEX MANAGEMENT FOR ANY REASON, they will only work with us.

Great, walkable and safe area. Unit/building was very nice with a comfy bed and what you’d need for a multi night stay in the area. Parking was good but note, it is not at/in the building. The garage was about a block away. No trouble but wasn’t aware of that. Maybe I read wrong - with construction right next to the building and not really knowing the area it was confusing to unload, go up to condo, get swipe card, follow directions to garage etc etc lots of key pads, numbers, directions. But once you did it the first time it was easy. The kitchen has basic items you’d need and the coffee was terrific! Basic is the key word. It would’ve been nice if there was a sheet pan and some type of wrap/foil/baggies available. Definitely appreciate the stocked paper towels, TP, dishwasher pods, laundry pods and cleaning spray if needed! A box of tissues would have been the cherry on the top! Hint hint -This unit is prob best suited for a single person or a couple. Because of the size there’s really no place to put your clothes/suitcase. We had the luggage rack out in the family room and another bag with toiletries and such opened on the desk. Rather spread out as nothing would fit in the bedroom itself. Bottom line is that this is a nice unit in a nice area close to restaurants, beautiful grocery store (Harmans), liquor store and all that downtown SLC has to offer! Super close to UU campus and airport too! Yes, I’d stay there again!

Great little place. Great location. Stayed for 20 days, only knock was that there was no furniture to unpack for that long a visit.
