«Great location, warm and everything we needed. However the home was a little tired looking and the ladder radiators in the kitchen and downstairs toilet were very hot and close to fridge and toilet which meant we had to be very careful until we could turn them down. Verification process prior to visit was difficult and took over 2 hours to complete a shame because it was a poor start to the trip. Garden could have done with a tidy as it was not the best first impression.»

«Amazing charming cottage perfectly located right in the middle of bourton on the water. We are a family of 5 with 3 young children and it was perfect for us. Everything walking distance. The property was wonderful, the sliding door in the kitchen onto the patio and back garden is awesome. Freddie was a great host and would reccomend staying here to anyone that wants an unforgettable Cotswolds vacation !»

«Great location in the heart of Winchcombe but tucked away and private. A well equipped cottage with washing machine and dishwasher, lovely big bed, comfortable lounge and a courtyard garden. There was a somw noise from the pub garden two doors down, particularly when they had a live band on, but it didnt go on too late. The bath was one of those with an accessible door on it so you can walk in and a hoist which made it a little strange , but shower was fine. Great stay. Will stay again.»

«This is wonderful place to stay. The photos don't do the size of the rooms justice. Very comfortably furnished with thoughtful touches from the host. Thank you particularly for the toys that kept our little ones busy over Christmas. Will keep this place in mind next time we want to stay near the village.»
