«An amazing hotel in a beautiful town. This was by far the best hotel we stayed in on our three week trip (also the most expensive though). The room was beautiful, the bed and pillows SO comfortable, and a beautiful relax-area at the rooftop. The breakfast had quality in every choice, except perhaps the instant american coffe. The staff was extremely helpful and serviceminded. Would not hesitate to recomend this hotel to anyone. We would love to be back! »

«This hotel says it has a 24hr desk in the info. We arrived at 10pm and there was nobody there. Nobody answered the buzzer or the phone. When we contacted hotels.com they said they could not reach the hotel and could not confirm that we didn't stay there, so they refused to give us a refund... even though we booked another hotel the same night from hotels.com. I was expecting a sincere apology but instead have to go through the trouble of disputing this with my credit card. Crazy.»

«La struttura di bello ha le camere. Ristrutturate , fresche e con un ottimo impianto di condizionamento. Pulizia giornaliera fatta bene. La cosa assolutamente inesistente e a mio parere improponibile è la colazione. Non esiste praticamente. Ci si accinge al banco di un bar a piano terra dove non c'è praticamente nulla di esposto se non 2 pasticciotti e 2 brioche di numero. Certo , ti dicono di ordinare quello che vuoi....ma cosa ? Non esiste un minimo di menù scritto magari con 2 proposte. ...
