The heat in the room #248 did not work. I needed to work on my computer, but my feet and legs were aching cold. The thermostat didn't work properly and neither did the heaters. They blew directly at the thermostat and shut off in no more than a couple of minutes.
Hanging bar inside a cabinet tucked under a cross-room shelf in the most awkward way possible. Faucet loose over the sink and flow restricted to low speed dribble.
A steel bar protruded from under the mattress on all sides--frigid extra 'touch' when getting in or out of bed to compliment the lack of heat in the room.
I informed staff at check out. They tried to act all surprised, but then gave me a list of things I should have tried. They wouldn't have such a list if they didn't already know that room was garbage.
I'd booked and paid for the room almost a week in advance. Yet I got the most garbage room they had in the last building 'where the wifi is kinda slow,' too. "Kinda" slow and had other bad behaviors like arbitrarily closing web pages, taking a full minute to load Gmail, etc. My phone couldn't connect to the wifi either.
