This beautifully presented top of the range holiday lodge sleeps up to eight guests and you can also bring up to two pets with you for a small charge, so no one gets left behind - all we ask is that you don’t leave the pets unattended and that you clean up after them as all good pet owners do.
As you walk into this holiday home you enter the lobby area where you can hang up your coat and put away your shoes so you can relax in ultimate comfort.
This holiday home consists of three beautiful bedrooms - two double rooms and a single with twin beds - not forgetting the double sofa bed in the lounge. In the master bedroom you can languish in bed watching the TV - if you have the time. There is also the added bonus of an ensuite which consists of a shower, sink and toilet. The second double bedroom also has an ensuite. The third bedroom has twin single beds. There is more than enough storage in this holiday home for all of your holiday clothes.
Apart from the two ensuite bathrooms you will also find a main bathroom with a bath/shower, sink and toilet - there is no queue for the loo in this holiday home.
The well presented fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and cook your meals including hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle for that all important cup of tea or coffee to take out on to the decking to enjoy the tranquil views.
There are two sofas in the lounge - more than enough seating for everyone. If you have the time to watch the TV there is a flat screen TV for you to enjoy catching up with the soaps or your favourite TV programmes. There is a separate dining area with six chairs to enjoy the family mealtimes.
As you would expect with such a high standard property this holiday home is double glazed and has full central heating. A fair use basis on gas and electricity is included in your booking.
There is parking directly outside of this property - so no need to struggle with the shopping!

Rye Harbour Holiday Park is located in the historic Cinque Ports town of Rye, and offers amazing walks through the Nature reserve located directly outside the park and the harbour within a couple minutes walk. The town of Rye offers many pubs and restaurant/cafes in its popular old town streets with both modern and classical shops
This property is ideal for exploring the historic town of Hastings being situated approximately thirty minutes drive. Hastings has plenty to do for all of the family, from the Sealife Center, to the Amusements and Crazy Golf and the plentiful number of pubs and restaurants ensuring a fun, active family day out.
Just outside the park you will find a village store for the essentials, a few miles down the road in Rye town centre you will find a supermarket for your bigger shopping needs.

Our Contactless check-in makes arriving at your own convenience even easier. All our properties are accessed via a lock box with the entry codes being issued prior to arrival meaning no queuing at reception to check in at specific times.
