«We had such a wonderful stay at this property. It is so spacious, great yard with lots of shade, and even some toys for our little to play with. And for us, the proximity to the reservoir couldn’t be beat. Our host was so quick to answer questions we had and so friendly. Will definitely stay here again as an alternative when we aren’t camping!»

The neighborhood was not the greatest and also consistently had spiders in the house. Over the course of 4 nights and 3 days we killed between 6-10. The 3 bedrooms were fine and the kitchen was good, but the full bathroom was meh, specifically the shower.»

«Such a beautiful house on a beautiful piece of land. I would advise you hit up the grocery store and gas station before making your way down the dirt roads to the house. The closest grocery store is about 20-25 min away. The house was fairly well equipped unlike many of the vrbo rentals we have stayed before. We got hit with a big snow storm and the people living on the property (I was told relatives of the property owner) were kind enough to help us get the snow away from the car and drive ...

Also the 2 bedrooms downstairs have no windows which means there is no emergency exit should something happen...maybe you should only offer the upstairs for guests. The house did meet our needs and its location was very accessible to many venues we went to in Pueblo.»

«We spent Thanksgiving 2023 at this property while we were in Pueblo visiting family. We LOVED it! The home was beautiful and clean. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner at the property and even had our aunt who lives in the area join us for the meal. The large open-concept layout was perfect for chatting while preparing the food. Our 7 yo son enjoyed the video games downstairs. The fenced yard was huge and very well maintained. We traveled with a pet and he loved exploring all the trees and bushes. ...

«Spacious living area. We used all three main floor bedrooms. I cannot imagine putting anyone in the basement bedroom, but we did appreciate the large sized washer and dryer down there! We walked the neighborhood around the college campus and discovered the Einstein Bagels, a great place for a very early breakfast.»
