«We had coordinated an early check-in, but when we arrived, the house hadn’t been cleaned yet which was a miscommunication. I reached out to Catherine and she promptly responded and got the cleaners RIGHT over. The house was spotless and in wonderful condition for the rest of our stay, and it was dealt with very quickly and wonderfully. Would definitely stay again. The house was great for our girls trip. Also the beds are very comfortable!! »

«The property is in disrepair. The glass door before you can reach the lockbox with the key to open the home it’s not functional. I needed to find and object to pry open the glass door to get to the lockbox has a key to enter the house. Once in the house there is not silverware or dishware for two people to have a meal let alone four. There is no instructions to increase the temperature in the house so while I was there in Harvard between 60 Degrees and 65 if it was sunny outside»

«This house was perfect for a family of eight plus a dog! Everything was as advertised. Plenty of parking and the beds were very comfortable.The kitchen, dining, living room were spacious and equipped with everything we needed to host dinner and enjoy each other's company.My daughter graduated from UMASS and the commute back and forth to the campus was very easy, within a half hour drive.
