Despite my initial confusion about the entrance, the prompt assistance over the phone made our arrival smooth & hassle-free. The only pushback I would give is that while there is a cleaning fee, the property management has set a rule that the tenants must, not only, take all the trash from the property out, but transport the trash to an offsite location to be dumped.
