«Fint, stort rom med utsikt over Rhinen.

«Wow!!! Loved it! I just booked the hotel a couple of hours in advance, and arrived very late in the night. I did not have any expectations, other than getting a bed for the night. The staff/owners are very service minded and friendly and welcomed me in the middle of the night and showed me to my room. As a pleasant surprise they had upgraded me to one of the best rooms, where you sleep under a roof window looking up on the sky/stars. It’s the biggest and greatest room I’ve ever had. Thank you! ...

«New hotel, modern facility. Potensial to be a 4 star judged by interior standards. On reception there was abit of friction, when it came to payment, using Hotels.com portal. The hotel havn't received and confirmant of payment throught Hotels.com. But the receptionist gave me the benefit of the doubt, and they would redirect this problem to Hotel.com instead of me the guestvisitor. I payed in advance for the stay»

«A genuine shock - I managed to find this room available during a very busy time in Cologne (Gamescom). It was very well located and well-priced. Staff were attentive and helpful, room was quiet and clean, with aircon and amenities. A very comfortable stay.»
