«I’ve never left a bad review before but this was a disappointing experience. The host sent me check-in information the day before my stay which was great. What was strange was I received a checkout information note the next afternoon before we ever got to the rental. We got to the place later than expected (close to 10:30pm) and the access code wouldn’t work. I repeatedly tried to contact the host (as well as VRBO customer service) but she didn’t respond to me or customer service for over 2 ...
