Guest Access:

You'll have the whole house to yourselves - all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen and the open-plan living areas - along with the backyard, its BBQ and the private spa pool. There's a garage and off-street parking too. The Redwoods trails are just across the road, 100 metres away.



The Neighborhood:

Redwoods Haven is in the leafy, sought-after Lynmore suburb - a relaxed residential pocket right by the forest. The Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest is just across the road (100 metres), with world-class walking and mountain-biking trails, and beautiful Blue Lake (Tikitapu) is only about 5 minutes' drive. The city centre, with its shops, restaurants and geothermal attractions, is a quick 8 minutes away.



Getting Around:

The Redwoods are on foot from the door, and a car is handy for everything else, with off-street parking and a garage. By car, Blue Lake is about 5 minutes away, the city centre and Te Puia around 8, Polynesian Spa and Rotorua Airport about 9, and Skyline, Zorb and Rotorua Canopy Tours roughly 18.



Other Things to Note:

The private spa pool sits in the outdoor entertaining area, alongside a BBQ and lawn. The home sleeps up to 9, with a family-friendly bunk room and a futon in the living room for a ninth guest - just let us know in advance if you'd like the futon set up. The Redwoods trails are 100 metres away, so it's a great base for walkers and mountain bikers. WIFI runs at around 663 Mbps.



This property has a Minut sensor in the living room that monitors noise and smoke. It never records audio - it only sends our property managers a decibel reading if noise stays above acceptable levels for a sustained period.
