«This i a great place centrally located in Rotorua. Before arrival we were advised that the elevator had broken down and were given the option to move to another accommodation, but decided to try it out. I think it's a very good service that they notify in advance (we have experienced the opposite) and they also had people there to help us with the luggage when we arrived.
Both the service and the room was great and there are also free movie channels. All in all there is really nothing to ...
