«This i a great place centrally located in Rotorua. Before arrival we were advised that the elevator had broken down and were given the option to move to another accommodation, but decided to try it out. I think it's a very good service that they notify in advance (we have experienced the opposite) and they also had people there to help us with the luggage when we arrived. «Overall very enjoyable and only hitch no gas for the BBQ, but felt maintenance had been let slip, lights in one bathroom didn't work, clothes dryer door latch broken, main doors to deck unable to be used, outdoor chair broken, coffee milk-frother agitator missing, broken tile in laundry floor, all minor other than the deck doors and could/should have been repaired before our stay.»

«We loved the character of the boat shed. Good fire wood supply, and panel heaters, kept the house cosy and warm. Beds were comfortable. Freya was very easy to communicate with. We were very appreciative of the late check out. We would happily stay again, a beautiful spot looking over the lake.»

«Close to Okareka lake which my wife would go to each morning to watch the sunrise while the lazy father and son stayed in their beds. We did all do the glow worm kayaking tour on this lake which was amazing and highly recommended. When we looked at the online listing it wasn’t clear that the accommodation is attached to a house. The weather was wet and dreadful but the house was so warm.. the space was big enough for everyone to be happy and comfortable.. beautiful property great location.. the host was so helpfuland easy to talk to»
