«Lovely big cosy place and very handy to rotorua»

«We traveled as a family of 4 through NZ. Stayed in Rotorua for 2 days. The home was just a few miles/KM from almost anywhere in the town. The home was spacious with more than enough room for the four of us and the kids had their own rooms with two additional rooms available. The kitchen and dining area worked well. The house took some time to cool down, but that worked out in the end. Also had great communication with the owner, which is great! We would stay there again and hope to have the ...

«This home is large and well appointed. Big living room, 3 bedrooms (2 queen and one with 2 singles) and two bathrooms plus a small but comfortable outdoor space with hot tub. Close to grocery stores and major attractions. Easily big enough for a family group or two couples. An excellent choice.»

«Overall a great weekend, The location gave easy access to the local area and everything was close for walk or drive. Good communication and the check in process was clear and easy. We even received a text ahead to let us know it was ready which was great. Property was clean and tidy. A few notes, the garage is a tight angle to fit , took a few tries with the SUV to access. «Such a beautifully presented and spectacularly located holiday home. We had a fantastic time and some much needed rest and relaxation. Communication was fantastic including excellent suggestions of things to do in the area. We were greatful for the extra duvets on the bed and fireplace, as the weather was colder than we are used to. «Lisa(Host) was awesome to deal with. Loved the place this main house was located at. Beautiful garden and it’s surrounding. We enjoyed our stay very much and will come back to stay her if we are ever in Rotorua. But, the smell inside the house needs a refresher or odour clean. It’s definitely needs some maintenance as there are some things that’s broken (pool table room), some rooms need a change in carpet or upgrade»

«We had a great couple of nights here with our two teen boys and dog. It's a fabulous house - lots of space, good kitchen, secure storage for the bikes and fully fenced for the dog. V handy to the redwoods and the spa was lovely. Would gladly stay again.»

«This i a great place centrally located in Rotorua. Before arrival we were advised that the elevator had broken down and were given the option to move to another accommodation, but decided to try it out. I think it's a very good service that they notify in advance (we have experienced the opposite) and they also had people there to help us with the luggage when we arrived.
