«The king size bed in the room was old with the hump in the middle. The room housekeeping was erratic, a couple of days no housekeeping, a few once a day and a few twice a day. Cleaning of the room was superficial, no cleaning of patio. We did not use the spa.The fittness room was nice but the steam room is at the spa.»

«The pool was nice and the bed was firm and good for my back. The staff was great. The hotel needs thousands of dollars of repairs, almost everywhere you look things are broken or in disrepair. The restaurant is no longer open either. The airport is an easy walk if you don't have much luggage.»

«The room was beautiful but I was not impressed with the pool and hot tub (never got in). It just didn’t look alluring. There were two male staff that were really nice, the rest of the staff were not very welcoming. We met one young lady the last day that was very kind & assistive. At first I thought maybe it was me but then we went to dinner at Buoy Haus and their staff were assistive the moment we excited the taxi. «Stayed with friends in a two bedroom suite. Customer service was excellent, very quick and efficient. Bartender was pleasant as well, very beautiful scenery as well. I will definitely stay again.»

«We were without power (at least 3-5 hrs on 3 days and one day was 18hrs) 4 out of 6 days. One small flashlight, NO generator. Very inconvenient when you can’t make meals (which is why I rented a place with a full kitchen) or do laundry. All I got from management was I’m sorry. The check in process was very odd. Random text messages for 2 different people (not explaining who they were until I asked) asking about our flight info. Jill met us at the property once we arrived and she was AWESOME!! »

«Our condo and the property and staff were amazing. We had a wonderful time. We also recommend renting the dinghy boats next to the condo. My husband and I rented a 15ft and it handled wonderfully. We snorkled at John and it was wonderful.»

«What a tropical paradise! We were blown away by Hideaway! If you are looking for a private, family or couple getaway, this is the best place around! The simplicity might be a little less than what some want, but the stay met every one of our needs. The environment was beautiful and the beach was our favorite on the island! Little touches everywhere were not overlooked by my family. »
