«This places was horrible. I don’t know how they have a 8 review on Expedia. They had roaches TV didn’t work. Couch dirty mirrors dirty. Bed frame dirty. Guy move us to another room and the same thing more roaches in that room. Worst experience I had. Tried to cancel he said I couldn’t. I had to cancel through Expedia. I let him know all this before I left. Even showed him the roaches. Remote had no back on it. This should have been a 1 on this app»

«This is one of two properties in the Houston area with the same name, the other near Pasadena. Subjectively it's a step above Motel 6. Fairly clean, towels are more substantial and not as see through, maid service daily, it has all the basics. The indoor bar fridge was turned off with a puddle of water in the freezer portion but it was a separate freezer and fridge. Amenities were basic including the small packets of shampoo and conditioner. Would of been nicer with more furniture ...

«The ladies at the front desk were very sweet and accommodating. They called and asked another staff member if a room was clean and ready for me (which it was) and it was very nice and a decent price for the busy 4th of July weekend! I very much enjoyed my stay. The pillows and bed were comfortable and the AC was cold and the shower was hot. I would definitely come stay again!»

«This hotel was horrible, the sheets was dirty at arrival, there was cockroaches in the room, remote did not work and forst 2 days my keycard was not working so I had to inform the frontdesk on arrival so he could follow me up and unlock the door. The elevator was not working and AC managed to cool the room nighttime, but not daytime, yes and the fridge was not working. There is no housekeeping so when you’re out of toiletpaper you need to ask if you can get some more. There is so much more ...

«The room was Ok, in the restroom there were holes in the wall between the shower and the door, the toilet paper holder was broken, there were little roaches crawling around in the restroom, there was no water pressure in the shower. The door trim in the restroom was dirty, there were paint stains on the wall in the restroom behind the door.»

«I saw the reviews and believed them, and I’m so glad. My room was pristine, it had all new furniture, and was upgraded to be very modern and sleek. On the outside, it looks like just a well-maintained motel, but the rooms are better than any motel. I had a peaceful night’s sleep, the temperature was perfect, the refrigerator worked, the shower was clean and worked well, and we loved having an ironing board and a blow dryer.»

«We booked this hotel kind of last minute, so I was a little nervous- The property itself seems a little bit older, but the owners have done an excellent job maintaining this property. We had a room with a kitchen and everything looked freshly painted. The parking lot lines and exterior looked freshly painted. The grout, sheets, and towels were all bright white- we were very pleasantly surprised. Both staff at the front desk that I interacted with were very friendly and helpful.»
