First and foremost, the receptionist was extremely rude and talk to me like I was ignorant. I’ve never had an issue with checking in when I use Expedia, but he couldn’t figure out for some reason how to get my booking situated. I was stuck at the front desk for way too long, trying to get it figured out and then he finally figured out what he was doing wrong on his end., they will ask you for a deposit, even though you go to Expedia, which is ridiculous, the ice machine didn’t work at all, and the breakfast was horrible. It was very basic items. They didn’t even have eggs or bagels or anything like that. Breakfast is not worth it here. The only one thing I can say was amazing was the cleanliness of the room. I really liked them a lot so if you’re looking for a nice clean room, I would give that part of this hotel a five star.
