«The room lacked detailed cleanliness upon arrival and even the following day after the daily cleaning. Upon arrival the bathroom floor hadn’t been detailed. You could see small pieces of debris. The following day after cleaning it was left exactly the same. Upon arrival the bathroom trash bin had the liner bag laying on the side waiting to be inserted. «Excellent value. Great spot, fantastic host. If you are staying near Helen and amicalola it’s a great spot.»

«A+»

«The check in process took way to long and the front desk was quite unfriendly. The room was gross. I first noticed the middle lock on the door did not work. There was a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door. The ceiling was patched up and gross. There was mold all along the bottom of the bathtub and we had bugs(roaches) that were there. Just such a horrible experience. I would not recommend and really would like a refund from this property.»

«The room was very clean and quaint. Perfect space for our stay. The Holliss's were very hospitable and attended to every need. I highly recommend doing breakfast. Great food and the company is a mix of people from all over. You get to meet and greet everyone and truly get a home feel while enjoying a fantastic breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.»

«The staff was very helpful and kind. the food was delicious. The only negative thing was the air conditioning. It did not work very good.»

«Todo bien»

«I had a wonderful stay at Sylvan Valley Lodge & Cellars! The location was great for visiting Helen and exploring the beautiful surrounding area. I would happily stay ...

«Close to every place we want to go»

«Plus: big rooms, suitable for families up to 4, easy parking, walking distance to restaurants downtown, laundry room, good beds, refrigerator, usb chargers, coffee to go at reception. Minus: room needed a rehab, hooks loose / fell down from wall, no change of towels, breakfast below medium standard, impossible to reach reception on email or telephone in advance, expencive, did not accept corporate price.»

«The room was clean. The property overall is very nice, just needs a refresh. Example: need USB ports for cell phones and electronics in the rooms. An elevator would be nice for us older folks. Restaurants were very good and convenient. Lovely property & scenery.»

«객실의 청결상태 좋았고, 필요시 직원의 신속한 행동이 아주 큰 도움이 되었고, 풍차를 배경으로하는 숙소의 외관도 아주 좋았습니다.»
