«The room was very clean and quaint. Perfect space for our stay. The Holliss's were very hospitable and attended to every need. I highly recommend doing breakfast. Great food and the company is a mix of people from all over. You get to meet and greet everyone and truly get a home feel while enjoying a fantastic breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.»

«The room lacked detailed cleanliness upon arrival and even the following day after the daily cleaning. Upon arrival the bathroom floor hadn’t been detailed. You could see small pieces of debris. The following day after cleaning it was left exactly the same. Upon arrival the bathroom trash bin had the liner bag laying on the side waiting to be inserted. Then the following day the garbage in the same bin was not emptied. Lastly the pillows on the made bed upon arrival had been placed without ...

«The staff was very helpful and kind. the food was delicious. The only negative thing was the air conditioning. It did not work very good.»

«Plus: big rooms, suitable for families up to 4, easy parking, walking distance to restaurants downtown, laundry room, good beds, refrigerator, usb chargers, coffee to go at reception. Minus: room needed a rehab, hooks loose / fell down from wall, no change of towels, breakfast below medium standard, impossible to reach reception on email or telephone in advance, expencive, did not accept corporate price.»

«I had a wonderful stay at Sylvan Valley Lodge & Cellars! The location was great for visiting Helen and exploring the beautiful surrounding area. The property offered a relaxing atmosphere, making it a perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing and enjoying the local attractions. I really enjoyed my stay and appreciated the peaceful setting. It was a great experience overall, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Helen, Georgia. I would happily stay ...

«Todo bien»

«The check in process took way to long and the front desk was quite unfriendly. The room was gross. I first noticed the middle lock on the door did not work. There was a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door. The ceiling was patched up and gross. There was mold all along the bottom of the bathtub and we had bugs(roaches) that were there. Just such a horrible experience. I would not recommend and really would like a refund from this property.»

«객실의 청결상태 좋았고, 필요시 직원의 신속한 행동이 아주 큰 도움이 되었고, 풍차를 배경으로하는 숙소의 외관도 아주 좋았습니다.»

«Close to every place we want to go»

«Do not stay here! Absolutely horrible starting with the disgusting, unwelcoming lobby. Then it went downhill from there: Very expensive for what? No chair to sit in just a bed No Kleenex Nightstand on one side of bed has outlet plugs but they don’t work because there is no where to plug in the main plug? No shower soap No cokes in the Coke machine No ice in the outside ice chest Breakfast options cheap Hair in the floor - not mine TV in one of the rooms did not work Just conditioning shampoo? ...

«I spent 2 nights at this Hotel for a short trip in Helen. It’s is about 1 mile from the main strip. This is an older property that could use updating. The staff was very friendly and responded immediately to needs. The overall cleanliness of the place is poor. They have an indoor pool that is heated and a hot tub and both felt wonderful after a long day of walking around Helen, My complaint is that this hotel along with many others in the area charge a rate equal to a 4 star hotel in a major ...

«Excellent value. Great spot, fantastic host. If you are staying near Helen and amicalola it’s a great spot.»

«Cute a frame loved the fire pit and location was great near state parks »

«We loved the location of the resort. It is important that we find places that are pet friendly and have places that allow getting out with your pet. We were very pleased with Dahlonega for this. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is small with limited counter space but that is to be expected with old style rooms. We were there during the week and unfortunately unable to sample meals. A special thank you to Candace who happened by to open the gift shop so we could purchase wine ...
