«This house was quiet and pleasant. Check-in was easy. The neighborhood is nice for walking, and the neighbors were friendly. We enjoyed watching the roadrunners and bunnies in the back yard. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. Nice view from the bedroom upstairs. And our host, Luis, was good communicating with us. »

«Everything was good with location, the home in general with the exception of the water heater was either not working right ir is too small. If you weren't the first to take a shower, you got a cold one. Also the patio furniture looked like it has weathered and might need to be replaced. The contact with the owner was really good though and she was very helpful. She tried to address the hot water issue for everyone but we think she needed to talk to someone about it.»

We were comfortable during this season of cold mornings and hot afternoons as the furnace/AC unit easily transitioned from heat to cool.This is a convenient location when exploring the east side of Mesa and an easy commute to the Phoenix airport.The owner readily responds to any questions or concerns.»

«The property did not match the listing description. Upon arrival, the condition of the home raised immediate concerns: the floors were dirty(we actually mopped and swept them ourselves when we got there), there was an unusual odor, the hot tub leaked both with and without the jets running, and the walls and furniture showed visible stains. Several rooms also had burned-out light bulbs. We did not feel safe staying at the property, and the host was unwilling to work with us to arrange a refund, ...

«We had a wonderful stay at this Fountain Hills home. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor area was a great place to hang out with our family....large hot tub, wonderful pool, comfortable chairs and the putting green was a plus. Beautiful sunrises over the mountains and we even saw wild horses. The home was very spacious and comfortable. The host was very responsive and attentive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again.»
