«Expedia states in listing 2 o'clock check in but when you get access details it states 5 o'clock earliest... No exceptions! Got access details to the main building and to the room fairly quickly. On arrival after 5, I gained access to main building and tried to get into the room but it was locked from the inside, so other than breaking the door in you couldn't gain entry. The office which is your contact to the property closes at 5 so you have to go through Expedia to try and get sorted as ...

«I booked this room very last minute I arrive at the location and it is a closed down pub after I manage to find the entrance on the right side of pub by the car park there is 3 codes needed no problem I arrive in my room the bed is stiff with two pillows and only one towel I then try and have a shower there is absolutely no hot water in any tap or in the shower the hot water tap in the small sink doesn't even work the window has condensation inside the frame and the frames and the room is ...
