We are delighted to welcome you to this new, bright, and modern apartment located in the heart of Rome, within one of the most beautiful buildings on Piazza di Spagna, the Valentino Palace.

The apartment, recently renovated with high-quality finishes, consists of:

- Two comfortable and spacious double bedrooms;
- Two bathrooms;
- A cozy living area with a sofa bed and a round dining table;
- A fully equipped kitchen, where you can experiment with traditional Italian dishes, cook your own recipes, or prepare a hearty breakfast.

The apartment is equipped with all modern amenities (air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Nespresso machine, kettle, Smart TV).

As soon as you step out of the building’s historic entrance, you’ll find yourself immersed in the magic of Piazza di Spagna. The Spanish Steps, Via dei Condotti with its luxury boutiques, and the vibrant atmosphere of the historic cafés are all just moments away.

The apartment provides everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay.

To ensure you have a pleasant stay, please note the following:

- Late check-in fee (after 8:30 p.m.):
from 8:30 PM to 12:00 AM – €30
from 12:00 AM to 2:00 AM – €50
- Please let us know how you would like the beds arranged for your stay.
- A private taxi service to/from the airport can be arranged upon request.
- Please be considerate of the apartment and the other residents in the building.
- Additional cleaning services and linen changes are available upon request for an extra charge.
- Guests are required to present a valid ID at check-in for registration with the Italian authorities.
