Flott beliggenhet, hyggelig personell, god frokost, kjempebra service bl.a. med hjelp til transport til hotellet sent på kvelden. Litt fast madrass. Kun for en natt, veldig greit når man ankommer sent.

Nice but (too) noisy!
The hotell was nice. Service, bed and breakfast was good. The shower a little dirtyish/warn out/clogged, not a big issue but... The room was also nice and had a fine balcony. BUT - the sounds from the traffic was awful! Kept us both awake in the night. No possibility to have the window open to get some air in, because the air-condition was also noisy. So all in all, I will probably not go back due to the noise... But other then that, it was a nice stay.

Nice hotell and good location!
Excellent staff at the Hotell. Spoke good english as did most of the people at the part of Rome, unlike most italians in the senter at Rome. Nice and clean. Not top conditions in the roms as you can see that it is a bit old, spesially bathroom. Not top class, but still more than nice enough for beach holiday. You dont visit Rome to visit the hotell room... Very good location at the hotell. Close to everything you need - beach, shopping, supermarked and restaurants. Ostia is a very nice place with nice people. You dont feel like a tourist, but as a part of the italian city and normal day life, and that is nice, spesially after visiting Rome with "30 000" other tourists!

Super beliggenhet
Et hyggelig hotell med super beliggenhet. Rent og pent, gode senger. Meget hyggelig og serviceinstillt personale. Vi hadde rom med havutsikt og balkong, Det var mye trafikk og støy fra gaten foran hotellet både dag og natt.

Helt greit hotell med de nødvendige fasiliteter
Hjelpsomt personale med tilfredsstillende engelskkunnskaper. Rommet har de nødvendige ting en trenger, men ikke mer. Litt hybelkaniner og most mygg på veggene, men ellers opplevdes rommet som rent. Veldig lytt mellom rommene, ellers ganske rolig område. Frokosten består av yoghurt, frukt, brød og div bakverk, dekker behovet. Helt ok hotell, dersom du ikke har altfor store krav.

Fantastisk service!
Veldig trivelige folk, far og sønn, som driver hotellet. Veldig dårlig språkkunnskaper på en som jobba der men det løste han ved å ringe flere kompiser og lot meg snakke med de så vi fikk løst det lille problemet vi hadde :-) Prøvde også google translate bak disken. Hehe...Absolutt et hotell jeg vil anbefale.

Veldig hyggelig motakelse da vi ankom hotellet. Rommet var veldig lite, men rent og ryddig. Ingen annen komfort på rommet enn TV. Badet var rent. Vi skulle bare være der en natt så for oss var prisen hyggelig og komforten var ikke så viktig. Frokosten av standar.

I keep coming back to this property because of the great service. The front desk and breakfast staff always go out of their way to help. The location is great and across the street from some good beach restaurants where you can enjoy the sunset. Highly recommended.

Reasonable pricing. A couple of issues I like to address: Room was extremely small. 1 ft from bathroom door to bed. Shower stall small. Bathroom sink slow drain, sink filling up fast. No decent shelving in shower for usage of toiletries. Overall, its a decent hotel. Location is great, accross from the beach and Pontile di Ostia. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Trai station (Ostia Centro) 15 min walk.

Stayed here 4 days & loved it! It was a perfect place to come back to after the bustle of being in the city. Beautiful views. Lovely area with plenty of dining options nearby. Staff were very friendly & breakfast was delicious. Room was clean & comfortable. Was a very relaxing place to stay.

Zimmer ausreichend nur etwas wenig Ablageflächen im Bad. Frühstück war sehr gut. Nachts ist es sehr laut wenn man ein Zimmer mit Seaview hat. Preis-Leistung aber super. Parkmöglichkeiten ausreichend und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Nur wenige Meter zum Sandstrand.

The property was fine, not great but fine for a one night stay. More blankets would be great. We arrived at breakfast at 9am and they were already closing up when the time said they were open until 9:30. They stayed open for us but they did not seem happy about it. The food quality was poor. The coffee was good.

I stayed overnight for a morning flight, but I would be happy staying here for a longer visit to Ostia. The hotel is not far from Leonardo da Vinci Airport (Fiumicino); it has inexpensive shuttle service to and from the airport, with advance booking. It is on the inland side of the beach road in the resort area of Ostia, surrounded by many shops and restaurants. Access to the beach and pier is across the street. Hotel staff communicated with me multiple times before my arrival, answering all my questions and setting up shuttle service. This is a nicely kept old hotel. It has been remodeled to modern standards. The lobby is modern in style and beautiful. Rooms are small, but adequate. The single bed was comfortable. It was very quiet at night. I slept well. Staff were extremely helpful when I left my phone in a taxi - and I got it back. They spoke English like natives. The included Continental breakfast was tasty and fresh. WiFi functioned fine.

Great option for Layover and Quick Sea Views!
This was a great option for a 14 hour layover! I was able to check in, sleep, wake up and put my feet in the sea across the street and grab breakfast before heading back to the airport! I arrived quite late due to passport control line and when I arrived I was greeted with a friendly and helpful man who kindly also gave me a yummy pizza spot around the corner. Breakfast in the morning was a great perk and I found it had great options and the most adorable women working who made me the best cappuccino! *Note that their airport Shuttle service require 24 hr notice to book with specific times And is about 13 euros + fee/tax. So because I booked the morning of I ended up having to take a cab from airport (which was a flat 50 euros) so note it would have been cheaper to order a car (30 euros). Because I was traveling on christmas eve day and needed to leave for airport by 7:30am the front desk kindly ordered me a car as the shuttle wasn't available at the time I needed. I was very grateful for this hospitality and really helped elevate that solo travel stress. Overall I felt very taken care of here and would deff stay here again because its literally right across from the sea!

Amazing staff, view, room. They have an amazing breakfast as well and a super friendly and helpful shuttle service from the airport. Also super convenient 10 minute walk to the subway to hop in and out of Rome City Center if wanted.

Tenia reservado el transfer, llege 5 min tarde, no me llamaron y tuve que pagar un taxi y en recepcion pagar el transfer. Tenia contratado el desayuno, empieza a las 7.00, tuve que salir antes y no me dieron ni un cafe y eso que estaban preparando el desayuno. Cama horrible, ducha enana, aire acondicionado ok, limpieza ok. Una vez y nunca mas. No es un hotel, es una pensión.

Muy lindo lugar
Todos fueron muy amables, en especial Lucia y Danilo. El hotel queda un poco lejos del centro pero con el tren/metro/bus se hace fácil el traslado. Que esté al frente del mar le da un toque especial, además que hay variedad de lugares para comer cerca. La habitación es un poco pequeña eso si pero en general muy limpia.

Overall our stay here was good. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and having a patio attached to the room was nice. The view off of the patio was beautiful, as you could see the ocean. The room was extremely small, but for the price, I'm not complaining. Just providing information to future visitors. The room also had a garage like door covering the patio door. Not familiar with this type of setup, we found it difficult to access the patio. After further investigation of the room, we found a switch that electronically opens the door, so if you stay here, be sure to find the button instead of trying to life the door yourself. There were a lot of dining and shopping places within walking distance, so that was nice. Unfortunately, if you are looking to explore the city of Rome where the main attractions are (colloseum, Vatican City, Trevi Fountain), this may not be the best place unless you have a car rental. It is an hour drive and very pricy when you look into trying to take a taxi. The hotel is only 13 minute drive from the airport, but we found it difficult getting a taxi first thing in the morning to take us to the airport. We had many Uber drivers accept and then cancel. Not sure why though. The hotel is a great location if you would like to spend your stay on the beachside. It was clean and there is easy access to a pier. We did not try the breakfast, but it was available.
