Via dei Crociferi is one of those Roman lanes that seems to exist outside of time — cobblestones, ochre facades, the silhouette of a bell tower at the end of the street. At number 15, just a few metres from the Trevi Fountain — close enough to hear the water on a quiet evening — this apartment sits on the fifth floor of a historic building, reached by a graceful travertine staircase. There is no lift: a small concession to Roman authenticity, more than rewarded by a charming terrace overlooking the rooftops of Rome and a location with no equal in the heart of the Eternal City.

The apartment greets you with antique terracotta floors and exposed wooden beam ceilings that speak of centuries of history. The living room is bright and generous: a comfortable sofa bed, a charming vintage-style striped armchair, a glass dining table with four rattan chairs, television and air conditioning. A small balcony looks out over the rooftops of the lane below, while the kitchen — compact but well-equipped — has a Nespresso machine, toaster and everything you need to feel at home.

The double bedroom is quiet and restful, with the same exposed beams and direct access to the private terrace: a true Roman corner where you can unwind on the chairs with a coffee or a book, surrounded by potted plants and terracotta rooftops. The en-suite bathroom has been fully renovated and is a genuine delight: a generous walk-in rainfall shower, bidet, floating vanity and warm stone tiles that sit beautifully alongside the apartment's historic character.



Standard check-in: from 3 pm to 9 pm (With self-service check-in, guests can enter after 9:00 PM without any additional charges).

Check-out by 10:30 am

Upon request, we are flexible with check-in and check-out times, depending on the apartment's availability and cleaning requirements.

Check-in is self-service. To receive the access details, guests must complete the online form with all the required mandatory information. If the Italian Government introduces regulations prohibiting self-service check-ins, we will provide in-person check-in from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A late fee of €50 will apply for check-ins after 9:00 PM.

An extra fee for check-in in person of € 35 will be charged for check-ins on the following dates: December 25, January 1, Easter Sunday and August 15th.

For self check-in is MANDATORY for the guest to fill out the online form I will send when booking the property, providing their ID information as required by Italian law. Additionally, the rental contracts are included within the form, and signing them is mandatory. The form must be completed within 48 hours of the guest's arrival in Rome. Filling out the form takes about 5 minutes.

In this apartment, the following are not allowed:

- hosting parties

- smoking

- bringing pets

- making noise during quiet hours (from 10:30 pm to 9:00 am)

For children up to 3 years old, a travel cot is available upon request, at a cost of € 50 per stay.
