Modern flat in San Giovanni in Laterano close to the city center

Our flat is close to Piazza San Giovanni, a central area of ​​Rome served by the subway and easy public transport that allow easy travel throughout the city. Its location also allows you to reach the Colosseum and the Roman Forum on foot, with a half hour walk. Nearby there are bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and shops of all kinds and for every price range where you will find everything you might need. Ideal for a couple, even with one or two children, or for two couples, it is a bright, comfortable and welcoming space in which to relax after a long walk through the streets of Rome.
The flat, recently renovated, is located on the fourth floor of an elegant building with a lift dating back to the 1930s.
The flat has an entrance hall, a double bedroom, a living room with kitchen and a bathroom. In the living room there is a French-style sofa bed (prepared on request) that can accommodate two more people, for a total of 4 guests.
The wardrobe in the bedroom has enough space to store clothes and personal items.
In the kitchen you will find dishes and utensils at your disposal, a microwave oven, an induction plate, a refrigerator and an espresso coffee maker for an excellent Italian coffee.
In the flat there are a television in the bedroom and in the living room and air conditioning.
Wi-Fi is free.
Upon arrival you will find clean sheets and towels at your disposal.
In the bathroom you will find everything you need for personal hygiene, a hairdryer and a small fan heater.
Guests can access the entire flat and freely use everything in it.
