«Eduardo and Betty were FABULOUS! They could not have been nicer, more courteous hosts! The house was perfection and the home cooked meals were INCREDIBLE!The property itself is BREATHTAKING and very secure. It is behind a heavy electric gate, so we felt very safe!Eduardo communicates very efficiently and was so helpful in navigating our excursions… I hope some day to be able to have the privilege of staying at Gósen again and would give it 10 stars!! »

«Thank you Adrian. You have a beautiful home with such a lovely view and we were surrounded by big blooming hydrangeas. We really enjoyed our stay. We visited the nearby la paz gardens, which was amazing. And we went up to see the poas volcano, which cleared up nicely for us so we get a good look. And of course loved our visits from mani and duke, the resident pups!! A wonderful stay in a beautiful home. »

«This stay was a wonderful experience! We spent Christmas at Gloria's house and it was perfect. The house and grounds are beautiful, with a gorgeous view. We enjoyed the well-maintained trail down to the river from the house, and visited the Blue Falls - highly recommend for those able to manage some stairs and elevation. «The house is old and needs lots of up keep. Walls are cracked and flaking. No hot water to bathroom sinks and maintaining a constant water temperature in the shower is impossible. There is no hot tub, the reference is to a bathtub, a language problem. Also, lighting in the bathroom is very bad. "We did run into some issues, but I would still recommend this hotel. Great rooms, friendly staff and a SUPERB restaurant!! Eat there. And buy the breakfast as well. Esteban, Fernando and Jonathan were very helpful during our stay. We booked a night last minute. There were some issues with our room, and we were moved to another one and fairly compensated. The new room didn’t have any water pressure for the hot water. Front desk called in maintanence, but he did nothing. Would’ve liked to shower after a long day of travelling. Other than that, a perfect stay. "
