The accessible bathroom was large but would have benefited from a walk in shower and the showerhead was too high. The controls were difficult to manipulate. «If you're expecting a big breakfast spread this won't be it .Also middle of the night a couple's dispute erupted right in the middle of the hallway that lasted over an hour, staff didn't care to handle the situation by calling the cops. Was worried for me and my little ones .Safety is clearly not a concern of theirs but hey it's Brockton after all you get what you pay for I guess .»

«The room that was assigned to me shouldn’t have been since it clearly was still under renovation. The ceiling in the bathroom was patched up and the shower was missing the middle part of the hardware. The room was cleaned and the dirty towels was rolled up and place on the shelf that was outside of the bathroom. «My visit to the Red Lion was awesome! I’ve visited the property a few times and it never ceases to amaze me. The box breakfast is fantastic and the coffee is excellent. The lunch and dinner options are very good and I took advantage of both. The staff is super responsive and I couldn’t say enough about them, including the cleaning staff. «Next door tenants kept us awake all night. Between the loud chatter, stomping & constant smell of cigarette smoke, we were lucky to have gotten 1 hr of sleep all night. It was like our neighbors next door were in the same room with us. Then in the morning they decided to have an argument with us because we were irate about the lack of sleep.»

«This property was nice, but not easily accessible for handicapped travelers. Unfortunately the property wasn’t very quiet. You could hear other patrons throughout the halls and that made it difficult to get a solid nights sleep. »

«Hot tub wasn't working properly. No bubbles. I had to fix the toilet as the handle was loose. One side of the toaster is broken and only toasts one side of the bread. Other than that the breakfast was good. Liked how the parking lot on the side had a door that went right to the elevator.»
