A bit pricey but you’re paying for location. A 2 minute walk into the airport. Great rooms and very clean and fresh. May have just had a refurb as everything looked new and in great condition.

We landed at ROC rather late. The hotel is walking distance from the terminal; very convenient. The check in was smooth and there were no problems or issues. The room was clean and everything worked properly. The beds were very comfortable.

The hotel was very clean, great breakfast, staff was very nice anything we asked for was done, the only problem was a cleaning woman who was smoking in the hallway😔 my children have asthma and it was not nice to come out of our room and have the hallway reeking of cigarettes

Hotel was clean and room was comfortable. Could have used a few more coat hangers in the closet. The fitness center was quite large and had the equipment I needed. Only issue I had was that the water cooler was not working properly. Breakfast was good for what standard I expected. Overall, I felt like I got the value I was looking for relative the to hotel level.

Perfect place to stay when you have an early flight. We just wake up, grab a snack as cold breakfast starts at 4 am and then walk across airport access road to the airport.

This is where you stay when you have to catch a 6am flight and need to arrive at the airport by 4am. I’m not going to ask a friend to get up at 3am to drive me. Nothing special about this place other than location. They offer a cold breakfast at 4am, then you can roll your suitcase across the road to the lower entrance of the airport. Better have dinner before you arrive. There are no bars or restaurants on the premises.

First room there were black specks all over the pillows and sheets at top of bed. Staff member switched rooms and comped us selection from hotel store, which was sweet. However, hot water was nonexistent in shower and Jplug Ev charger didn’t work unless you jostled the handle. Props for having gluten free cereal and dairy free milk and compostable silverware.

The hotel is located AT the airport, not near the airport. As in, in order to get to it, you drive your car through departures. It can also mean you will hear airport sounds. We were booked into a room where the air conditioning wasn't working, which is a total nightmare for a family with 2 toddlers. The hotel refunded $75 of the room, but the room was $300 before that, so it left a bad taste in our mouth. I have no concerns otherwise with the hotel. The best part about it is the breakfast - really decent with options even for picky kids. Staff are also very kind and helpful.

The staff was great! Good options for breakfast. Our first room had drainage issues and the wall paper was peeling from the walls but staff said they are starting renovations next month. Literally right across the road from the airport. Very convenient.

Very good customer service. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast attendants, Demairis and Jackie, were excellent. They made sure the breakfast area was clean and inviting, while keeping everything stocked and replenished, guaranteeing one of the best hotel breakfasts I have encountered recently.

Crappy hotel
Never answered the phone and when it went to voicemail, the box was full. Dirty room, refrigerator not working, construction on the work started at 7 am. Will never stay here again and has soured me to Marriott. Will go back to only staying at Hilton brand hotels.

The property is great when we have early flights. convenient. The room needs some attention. Wall paper coming off the walls, Heater/Air unit is very very loud. Nice place but it needs some updating. Rate seemed pretty high compared to previous stays. Staff did a nice job working with us.

Hotel is practically in the airport parking lot! Very convenient when our flight arrived late. Comfortable clean beds. Decent breakfast, nothing fancy but plenty of variety. Front desk attendant was very pleasant.
