«My family and I had wonderful stay at the "Cool House." The host were great and responded in a timely manner. We were down in L.I. for my sons baseball tournament and it was perfect located 20 minutes away from Lasorda Legacy park. It was great to wake up in the morning and see the bay from the deck. House was clean and had all the amenities.»

The house itself has everything you'd need - the pool, gym on top of the garage, basketball hoop in the driveway, ping pong in the spacious basement along with a large tv and couches. «This place was nice and roomy for our family of 8 plus 3 littles kiddos. Pretty clean as well. I gave listing accuracy a 5 because it is accurate but that may be because it doesn't tell you much. We were a little short on towels, many light bulbs were burnt out or just missing. We replaced some (they were there) and moved others to balance out the light. No kitchen linens, short on bath towels, short on paper towels and definitely not enough TP. 3 partial rolls and 1 bathroom had none so we had ...

«We were so very happy with this lovely home that we rented for a week. This lovely home was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was large and fully equipped. The two bedrooms on the first floor with a bathroom and two bedrooms on the second floor with a bathroom made it very convenient. Our family loved the screened-in patio, the large fenced yard with lights along the stoned path to a fire pit. This home is in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood close to the beach.»

«We've found that fall is a great time to visit the North Fork and the property was the perfect place for relaxing. Even when the weather was bad, we had the indoor fireplace to add ambiance and then the outdoor firepit when the weather cleared up. The views are fantastic and so nice to sit outside and relax at night. Had a couple of quick questions come up but got responses very quickly and it didn't interrupt the trip. We had a great time.»
