«Basically my wife and I stayed the night only because we checked in late and we both was tired but we checked out early the next morning and find a better place to stay you could not watch tv unless you had your own apps to use like Netflix, Prime video etc: who knows there password to all of there apps I don't basically they had no free cable, not enough towels for 2 people they wanted us to use what we had and bring the dirty to them and swap them out Out you know how irritating that could ...

«The Hotel was clean and nice. The day staff especially Kayla was very good, nice and knowledgeable. I had a problem with the first room she put me in and quickly changed me to another. When checking out, the night manager seemed a little too busy when I went to check out. Overall, it was a nice place and the breakfast was very good.»

«I liked the willingness of the staff. They were very helpful during our stay. The breakfast had a nice spread as well. What I did not like is when I checked into my room, it was extremely smelly housekeeping had to come up and spray air freshener. The room also did not get extremely cold so we were hot. We would’ve liked to use the pool, but it did rain during our stay again, the staff there was extremely nice and helpful. The gym equipment did not work.»

«The front desk picked up the phone, after midnight, and conversed with me. This is often a difficult expectation from other hotels. The front desk clerk seemed to care about my concerns to establish a late arrival, and seamless check-in, for my girlfriend (who had travel delays/difficulties). Thank you, sir, for the late night efforts.»

«4/5 stars, only missing a star because there was no fridge in the room which was a bit odd. Other than that, the room was clean and well designed. The staff was great and I like the free parking and good location close to the city and airports.»

«Property and staff were very pleasant. Very clean. Food and drinks were a little too pricey and expect to pay for parking when it comes time to checkout. One night for parking was almost 19.00. Small glass cocktails ran average of 20.00 each.»

«I had a really good stay at the Marriott Fairfield in Coppell, Texas. The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience was great from check-in to check-out. Housekeeping also did an excellent job keeping the rooms clean and refreshed throughout my stay, which was definitely appreciated. The staff offered a "suite" they claimed could accommodate 5 adults — it had one king bed and two chairs that pulled out into a single child-sized bed. That is not a suite for 5 adults. They then offered a standard king room, and the problems only got worse from there. On the walk to the room, the hallway smelled strongly of cat urine.
