«Room was clean and parking was plenty and easy to find. Breakfast was ok, it didn’t change from one day to the next but it’s a quick place to grab something before going about your adventures. The free trolley to take you all over Gatlinburg is right in front of the hotel. It’s very close to the places to go to such as Annekesta and skypark. Not too far away either from the trails of Smokey Mountain National Park»

«The hotel is old and need upgrade. The location and the breakfast was good. Frontdesk was pleasant. It was lots of opportunites to sit and relax. «This is a great hotel. Been staying there since it was opened in the 70s. Was glad to see it was refurbished years ago. Rooms are large and beds are comfortable. Climate control worked well.
