Many employees don't really care. I left some jewelry in the safe and called back less than 24 hours after checkout when I realized. They left me waiting on the phone for a long time several times until the phone system terminated the call each time. Finally they told me they did not find anything.
I had another disappointing experience when asking the breakfast staff to get another toaster because a 2-slice consumer toaster could not keep up with the guests of 234 rooms. Nobody cared.
I give it two stars because, despite best efforts by management not to run the place properly, the location of this hotel is great.
