«We rented both the upper and lower units together. Very comfortable for our group of 7 with room to spare. Bright and airy. Beautiful outside living space. The lower unit had floats for playing in the ocean as well as plenty of beach chairs. We were in and out of the water all the time - great adult fun! Loved walking through all the neighborhood for early morning exercise. Lots of dogs but no troubles. Clean and well appointed. Beds comfortable. We walked to many restaurants and bars. Must ...

«This place was exactly as described and perfect for what we were looking for! Had every amenity imaginable in the kitchen and the rest of the casa was as expected and even better! Ernie was quick to respond to any questions and helpful in every way. AC”s worked great and they needed to because it was hot. Loved the local feel of the area and 510 minute drive to many beaches and we tried most of them. Would highly recommend and will definitely look him up when back in the area!»

«We had a great stay here in Rincon. We stayed here for 2 full weeks with our 12 month old and another couple. The home was very comfortable with 4 adults and a baby with 3 rooms and 2 full bathrooms. We arrived at 4am and check in was easy. The location is a short walk to an amazing beach (if you're not afraid of a small steep hill) and a quick drive to food, groceries, and the heart of Rincon. We loved being so close to the beach with a little one it made for great sunset or early morning ...

«The property was exactly what I expected. The host was very responsive. The condo had everything we needed. It was extremely clean. Great air conditioning. It was right across the street from the beach. It had plenty of beach towels, chairs, snorkeling gear, etc.. I wish we could have stayed longer. I would definitely recommend it.»

«My mom, sister and our kids spent 3 nights at this house. We were very pleased-it had all the amenities needed with 2 stocked kitchens and alot of beach equipment and a perfectly sized pool. The house was located at the top of a hill with beautiful views of the ocean and country side.»

Beautiful beaches, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The management team was excellent and made everything seamless. I highly recommend for larger groups!!!»

«We had four adults and four children 8 and under in our party. My son passed away and we were there to celebrate his birthday. It was a perfect place to hang out together as a family. We spent most of our time on the beach and in the pool. We loved being able to walk to different restaurants and the little coffee shop. We especially loved the restaurant next door, Tamboo with excellent food and service.»

The home is spotless, kitchen well stocked, the bedrooms are comfortable and cool with AC, and the sunsets were spectacular from the rooftop deck. The home sits steps from Sandy Beach and check in was a breeze. We’ve appreciated the consistency of this property over the years and will be back again next year! .»
