The space
A carefully designed studio for two with every detail thought out.

Sleeping area: comfortable double bed with blackout shades and extra pillows and blankets.

Kitchen: stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee maker and dining table. Tea, coffee, oil and spices are provided.

Bathroom: bathtub, bidet, washing machine, hairdryer, towels and toiletries.

Work & relax: Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, board games and books for kids.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire studio on the 5th floor; the building has an elevator. Self check-in – instructions are sent before arrival.

The building is in the quiet part of the Old Town, a few steps from the main sights:

- St. Peter`s Church – 250 m
- Town Hall Square – 300 m
- Daugava riverside – 100 m
- Riga Central Market – a short walk
- Dome Square – 500 m

Restaurants, cafés and shops are all around.

Getting around
Most sights are within walking distance. The Central Station and bus station are about 10 minutes on foot. For longer trips, Bolt taxis are fast and affordable. Paid parking is available nearby.

Good to know
House rules in short: no smoking in the apartment or anywhere in the building; no parties or outside visitors without prior approval; pets are not allowed.

Security: there is a Ring security camera (video) in the common area outside the apartment (at the entrance door / staircase / building entrance). It does not cover the inside of the apartment – there are no cameras inside the apartment.

Parking: no private parking; most Old Town streets are closed to through traffic, so stop only where signs allow to unload luggage. Street parking: city zone R lots on 11. novembra krastmala (2–3 min walk) – €5 for the first hour, €8 for each next hour, paid daily 06:00–24:00; Pay in the Mobilly, EuroPark or Rīgas satiksme app. Garage: Europark Origo garage, Stacijas laukums 4 (entrance P2 from Elizabetes iela) – approx. €2.50 per hour daytime, €15 per day, €239 per month (no weekly rate); pay in the EuroPark or Mobilly app. Prices are approximate – please check the current tariff in the app or at the entrance.
House rules:
• No smoking anywhere in the apartment or building (penalty 200 EUR).
• No parties or events.
• Quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00.
• No pets.
• We don`t have luggage storage before check-in or after check-out – paid KeepMyBag luggage storage is available in Riga Old Town.
• Please let us know about any damage so it can be repaired or replaced.
