The apartment has a panoramic view of Saint Piter`s church and Old Town`s roofs. To Daugava river and restaurants 100 meters or 1 minute on foot. The apartment has sleeping places for 4 persons and has everything you need: bed linen, towels, fast internet, smart TV, kitchenware, dishes, tea, coffee, oil, spices, soap, body wash, shampoo, and more else

The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a modern building (2008), the interiors of the common halls are made in a classic style using marble.

The apartment has just been renovated and has all modern amenities. In the design of this apartment, we applied our experience gained over many years of accommodating guests, we tried to make the most comfortable apartment for two couples or a family of 4 people both for short and long stays.
It is 43sqm. large, and has storage for your luggage and clothing, as well as a dedicated work desk.

It is very bright - ceiling windows and white walls in the living area ensure enough light even in cloudy weather.

The best way to get around is by taxi, electric scooters, using the Bolt and Yandex Go mobile apps. The complex also has parking for bicycles.

It is possible, that I will not always be able to meet my guests personally.
In this case, simple and precise instructions will be delivered before arrival.
Please follow a few simple rules, during your stay:
· Do not smoke in the flat, halls, and building territory. There is a penalty for smoking in a flat and building territory of 200 EUR.
· Take off your shoes, when entering the flat.
· If you want to bring a pet, you need to inform about it and get consent. The pet fee is 100 EUR.
· No parties, no outside visitors without previous approval from your host.
· If you break or damage something, you should let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
