Cosy studio apartment in Ridzenes residence

Bright, newly renovated 30 m² studio in a modern building (2008) in the quiet part of Riga`s Old Town – St. Peter`s Church and the Daugava riverside are a few minutes` walk away. Comfortable 140x200 bed, 43` Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, work desk and a separate storage room. Elevator and step-free access. Ideal for couples and longer stays.

The space
The studio has just been renovated and designed for a comfortable short or long stay for two. Three large windows and white walls keep it bright even on cloudy days, and the ceilings are high.

Sleeping: double bed (140x200).

Kitchen: induction hob, hood, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dining table with 2 chairs. Tea and coffee are provided.

Bathroom: shower, bidet, washing machine, hairdryer, towels and toiletries.

Work & relax: 43` Smart TV, dedicated work desk, fast Wi-Fi and board games.

Storage: wardrobe plus a separate storage room for luggage and clothing.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire studio. It is on the 2nd floor of a modern building with marble-finished common areas, an elevator and step-free access. Self check-in – instructions are sent before arrival.

The building is in the quiet part of the Old Town, with the main sights just a short walk away:

- Town Hall Square – 300 m
- Daugava riverside – 300 m
- Dome Square – 500 m
- Latvian National Opera – 550 m

Restaurants, cafés and shops are all around.

Getting around
Most sights are within walking distance. For longer trips, use Bolt taxis or e-scooters – a ride within the centre usually costs around 5 EUR. Paid parking is available nearby.

Parking: no private parking; most Old Town streets are closed to through traffic, so stop only where signs allow to unload luggage. Street parking: city zone R lots on 11. novembra krastmala (2–3 min walk) – €5 for the first hour, €8 for each next hour, paid daily 06:00–24:00; Pay in the Mobilly, EuroPark or Rīgas satiksme app. Garage: Europark Origo garage, Stacijas laukums 4 (entrance P2 from Elizabetes iela) – approx. €2.50 per hour daytime, €15 per day, €239 per month (no weekly rate); pay in the EuroPark or Mobilly app. Prices are approximate – please check the current tariff in the app or at the entrance.

Good to know
Security: there is a Ring security camera (video) in the common area outside the apartment (at the entrance door / staircase / building entrance). It does not cover the inside of the apartment – there are no cameras inside the apartment.

• The apartment is about 30 m² on the 2nd floor (1 floor above street level).
• The building has an elevator.
• The building is entered through a metal gate.
• Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00. Check-in instructions are sent before arrival. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested – we confirm on the day if cleaning allows.
• Arriving after midnight? Your booking must start on the previous date (e.g. for a 01:00 arrival on 12 May, book from 11 May).
• Safety: smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kit in the apartment.
• Provided: fresh bed linen, 1 towel per guest (no beach towels), shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, electric kettle and a vacuum cleaner. Umbrellas are not provided.
• Children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. No smoking and no parties; quiet hours 22:00–08:00.
• No luggage storage in the apartment before check-in or after check-out – KeepMyBag luggage storage in Riga Old Town is a paid option.
• Want to stay longer? Extensions are possible if the apartment is free – extra nights are booked as a new reservation.
• Local tourist tax (where applicable) is paid at check-in.
