«First off the house I booked was not available and I was put in another house that was not clean. The house walls in the hallway were dirty in just about every room. The door knob on the restroom door was about to fall off. Broken furniture. I also paid more money for the house I originally booked and then did no t get to stay in it: The host was also terrible. She did not acknowledge how dirty this house was or the missing remotes to there in bedroom and the fact there was no ironing board or ...

«The home is beautiful, and the host's communication was exceptional from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood, the peaceful atmosphere, and the stunning views. That said, for a property of this size and price point, we expected a few additional comforts and maintenance items to be addressed. The cookware was somewhat limited, the Wi-Fi was unreliable at times, and we noticed cobwebs and a few dead bugs inside the home upon arrival.Given the natural surroundings, some insects ...

«I feel the property was misrepresented to a point. This house would be a great rental property if it had some TLC. The front door is molded on the outside and it doesn’t seal properly in the frame so we battled bugs the entire time. The wood look floor is in really bad shape and needs to be replaced. However, the neighbors were really nice and answered questions and Paola always responded to my text questions. Being on a corner lot didn’t help because of the noise and people racing up and down ...

«My best friend, my sons, and my nephew gathered at Riverside Country Retreat for the weekend. The house was perfect: great bbq grill, fire pit and three cozy bedrooms! We Sat out by the fire and walked the trail to the river. Our rooms were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. This is a great place in close proximity to Brazos Bend State Park where we geocached and hiked. We watched lightening bugs play and spotted raccoons and armadillos in the beautiful woods behind the ...
